Symptoms:

Adjustment of the heat/cold dial doesn't even change any minute temps at all. Both extremes feel like regular air coming from the outside.

Is there any electronic/vacuum solenoids or some kinda controller that might have been stuck in one position?

Also, where is the power supply (if this is electronic) coming from? Is it the wiring that runs from the battery vicinity, through the wheel well area and to the dash?
