Question Heater doesn't work

What? I'm asking about a heater in July? I'm not crazy, I'm just trying to get it fixed before winter Ok, so like the title says my heater doesn't work. More specifically the temperature select does not work. Nor do my AC control back lights. They haven't since I got the car. The AC blows ice cold though.

I searched but couldn't find exactly what this is.

Any ideas?

It is most likely that your temperature control "door" is stuck. It's simply a door that swings open to allow the amount of warm air that you desire. I believe that you have to remove a large portion of the dash to get to it. My car does the same thing, but I'm not willing to rip out the dash to try to fix it.

maybe it's just something that happens to white cars? lol Thanks for the response. I will probably check that pretty soon.
