heat isnt working

heat isnt working
yeah, i honestly have never worked on a heater or ac besides removing them from previous cars. but i dont want heat in this car and it doesnt blow hot air. anyideas as to what may be the problem? the air blows and is cold but not hot while **** is all the way hot.
rt turbo is offline

I have the same problem sometimes....sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt

stick your head down there by the actuator with the ignition on and turn the **** from cold to hot and make sure the rod is moving.
