so, when the headlights are down, they are recessed about a 1/4" below the bumper. It is driving me nuts that they aren't flush. So, I rotated the ***** clock wise and raised both up flush. I had to disconnect the battery (other wise as soon as I turned them about 1 turn they would vibrate and automatically turn back and lower them) and as soon as I re-connected the neg cable, they recessed again. Do I need to manually raise them all the way and manually all the way down to cycle through again?

Maybe the headlight covers need adjusted? Not the lights... Just an idea for a simple fix if possible
