i have a set of sleek lights and they will not turn on. the only time they will light up is if i pull back on the light switch, as if i was flashing my highbeams. but if i pull it back and hold it they will stay on as long as i hold it. any ideas?

 

According to the electrical wiring, if the relay dosent work (red circle) you can alway flash the light (orange circle) So you have a problem with the relay or the main light switch!
