Headlights

Do all 3rd gen. 7's have flip up head lights? Because i see some that flip up then i see some that look like they flip up then you see some that aren't covered, you know what i mean. look at this picture

that is the c-west kit right, if you were to get that kit for the rx7 it doesnt come with the front bumper does it? And is it just the headlights or is it the turnlamps under it too?

the regular pop-ups/flip-ups are stock from the factory...the other ones are aftermarket.

Looking at the car from the outside, I like the flip ups when they're down, and the car looks fantastic. I dont think it looks great when they're up, but it doesn't necessarily look bad either. Driving behind the pop-ups is fine, as I've gotten used to the little obstructions, however, the lightning seems to really bother me more than anything else, which I think if most people would agree with me here, needs some serious improvement. Unfortunately, no one has developed some type of HID kit for the C-west light kit, as its got CATZ lighting. Rotary Extremes HID kit is what Im leaning towards, but I'm not leaning towards frame cutting. My .02 cents.
