I am having this headlight and instrument cluster issue. When I turn the headlight combination switch to the on position only the left headlight pops up and turns on. The right comes on dimly, but stays down. Then I turn the switch to the off position and the right raises up and both lights go down together. When I push the retractor switch both lights come up and go down on command.

The instrument cluster and cigar illumination lights do not come on at all, but the rest of the dash lights dim when the headlight switch is taken to the on position.

I have checked all fuses and swapped all relays. I swapped bulbs and they do the same thing as far as being dim whenever they are plugged into the right connector.

I have no idea where to go with this at all. I don't even know if the dealer would look at it. (which I am unfortunately considering)

Any ideas?
