okay car has been setting for while due to engine/turbo swap.

Battery changed and engine bay was covered when it was setting.

I can turn the headlight on by rotating the switch but they will not pop up.

I know make sure pop up buttom is on...it is.

I can manually pop them by hitting the button again.

Also they will not retract with the light switch only with the button....and that is not always on the first try.

what should I be checking? I searched and only found check relay if light will not come on or just not pop up....

mine do both of these just not properly

 

anyone? they sometimes when retracting stop and then go again ...like not seeing signal..there is not a grinding noise to make me think motors are bad...also this was not acting up before i parked it...

 

ideas?
