Ok two problems... one of the pivot bolts came out and I pulled the fuse so I could reset them to both raise and lower together... now the left one does a dance and stops half way up/down???? wtf? I have removed fuses, relays and battery, wound equal by hand but theproblem doesn't change??? help?
Also unrelated one of my tail lights goes out under braking???
