All my other lights on the outside of the car work however the headlights dont pop up, im not sure if the headlight bulbs work because I havent plugged them in yet...but also the windows dont work either..anyone know where to start?

Have you checked for blown fuses? That's usually the first place to start. Next be sure the headlight pop-up switch (to the left of the gauge cluster) is plugged in, that switch is normally-closed, and opens when you press it. If it is unplugged the headlights won't pop up.

If it's not something simple, then it's time to get a copy of the wiring manual (look for the Factory Service Manuals sticky at the top of the 3rd Gen Forum) and a multimeter and become more familiar with your car's wiring harness than you had ever wanted.
