Headlight motor arms

I have a 1993 Rx7 and the ball sockets on the arms that attach the headlight to the motor are broken. Do I have to replace the entire arm or can I get just the socket? Where can I get the arm/sockets?

Looked into this recently... maybe this might help. It's regarding a 1st gen, but the concepts were kinda applicable.

They talked about zip-tieing the broken joint together so i was thinking about fabbing a metal bracket to hold the joint together, but wasn't sure if it'd be sturdy enough. They also mention rubber grommets may be a temporary solution.

In the end, sprung for a used headlight assembly. 2 bolts hold the arm to the assembly and the motor.

I saw this and tried the grommets but they wouldn't stay on. Not sure why.

Heim joints... that sounds sturdy, I'll look into it.

Those parts would be so cheap used, just get good used parts and be done with it. They very rarely break or wear out.
