Does anyone know what headlight kit this is on the yellow FD?

They seem to be the biggest ones that I have found. What can I say I like be round headlights.

Is this Chuck's kit?

Rotary Extreme makes a kit, I believe RE Amemiya makes the original.

 

Does anyone have the RE Amemiya H11

I like the look of the headlights pulled all the way back. But heard that the beams or light pattern is greatly blocked off.

Anyone have these?
