Headlight issues turned into worse
Okay so I was driving home and I hit a rough road that was bouncy, headlights went out. And then I found out it was a blown fuse. Fix that found out that the tire rub the red wire in the fender well repaired that all good everything worked. Today I go to crank the car I'm late for work have no headlights again. I checked the fuse is good, swap the relay out with a spare that I had, didn't help. So I'll try to go work on it today and I found out that I'm not getting ground from my switch to the headlight relay. After trying to do all the diagnosis now my running lights aren't working. I never grounded anything out nothing ever sparked no fuses of have blown. My TNS S relay is not clicking my headlight relay is not clicking temporarily I have ran a ground wire to my headlight switch so I have semi daytime running lights/ headlights and my running lights work. But not my tag lights ...
I want this fixed and to be normal

You probably have more damage in the harness in the fender liner. You'll have to carefully go through those wires and check. It's not going to be your switch and probably isn't the relay.
Also check the fuses with a multimeter, many times a fuse can be blown but you can't see where it's blown.
