I Recently Converted My Fd's Headlights With Xenon's Hid Bulbs With Balasts And Now My Rx7 Has A Headlight Discrepency .the Headlights Will Pop Down But Not Pop Back Up. The Switch That Makes The Lights Go Up And Down Located On The Top Left Of The Gage Cluster Seems To Work Because If The Headlights R In The Up Position(being That I Have To Pop Them Up Manually By Hand),i Can Press The Button And They Will Pop Down. But If I Press It Again, They Dont Go Back Up.the Light Bulbs Work And I Know I Installed Them Correctly Because There Is Only One Way Of Installing Them. The Thing I Dont Understand Is That I Removed My Hid Kit And Re-installed The Original Factory Headlight Bulbs And I Still Have The Issue. What Could Have Gone Bad?this Happened The Same Day Of The Headlight Conversion. Any Helpful Tips On Troubleshooting Can Help. ...thanks.....

 

something could be catching on the motorized assembly and causing them not to pop up.

 

check the relay located in the front, it most likely needs to be replaced, its the blue one, on the relay box it says retra iirc

theres two of the same kind of relays in there you can pull the other one to test it before you order one

 

ok, so i tested the blue retra iirc relay and it is fine.im going to look the wiring diagram to better troubleshoot this matter .thanks for your help..ill keep an update on this issue......
