headights, fan, sunroof, and power windows will not work but everything else does.

Hello everyone. I'm in the final stages of getting my car installed. I'm checking the electrical and I'm running into this issue:

1. headlights, fans, and sunroof do not work
2. everything else works including radio, interior lights, dome lights, rear defroster, parking lights, power locks
3. when I turn on the a/c and fans it works
4. I've tried swapping the retra relays out with another one and it does no good
5. I've tried manually popping up the headlights but they don't work

I've attached one picture of some connections that I found near the driver side headlight area and wondering if I'm supposed to connect it to somewhere.

Thanks for any help.

Mike

Under neath your main fuse block (where the positive side of the battery connects) there are two clips that plug in. The two that you have shown are those two clips. Plug those in and everything should work.

Thanks
