I believe those are the RE Amemiya lights. IMO, those are a hell of a lot better than the C-West lights. I don't like the "bubble" effect of the C-West.

here is an attachment with a picture of the cwest light kit. they are easy to install, require no cutting, and are easily cleaned and adjusted......

ps, personally, i think that the kits look equally as good, but the lighting from the re and greddy kits (whihc are actually almost identical) seemed to be obstructed by the low sunk in frame of the light housing....

I'm partial to the C-West lamps as well, but they've been discontinued.

Not for long though. You can probably still get 'em out there somewhere.

I like the RE kit the way PANSPEED has them on their car, both side ducts without the clear plastic on the top.. SORRY NO PIC, it looks good though....
