Having problems Installing Works Bell Hub for steering wheel

I took off the OEM wheel and stuck on the works bell hub, but the problem I'm having is the big blue connector running from the clock spring. It has 3 prongs to it, I'm guessing one is for the horn and 2 is for the airbag? Either way, this connector is so big it's taking up all the space in the middle of the hub...

I can still put the wheel on, but there's no way I can fit the horn button with the connector in there... what should I do?

The works bell hub also came with a resistor with 2 wires running off it, and I'm guessing it goes on the blue connector even though I'm unsure which prong(s)

Any help will be appreciated
