Haven't started my car for 3 years

Hello everyone, what should i check before i start my car again? Thanks in advance!

change engine oil and filter. check coolant. drain fuel from tank, replace fuel filter. put in new fuel. pull the engine EGI fuse and crank for a few seconds to move around the oil, replace fuses and fire it up
