I have noticed that richjacson7 has been ripping people off in the for sale sections. He takes the money and never ships the product. He recently got me for close to $400 through paypal and I have noticed that he has ripped off other forum members as well. If anyone has contact information for rich could you please post.

Also anyone knows what kind of legal action can be taken to recover our money?

Im gonna give it another week but after that im going to contact his local PD and report the incident.

I would like to think that there has been some misunderstanding here but it has been well over 2 months and my item has not yet been shipped, and rich has stopped responding to my emails and PM's.

 

Dude you have a month to reverse
the transaction using paypal.
After 1-2 weeks I would of reversed/cancelled
or what ever. Why would you let some one
string you along for over 2 months???

There has been many fraud on the internet
and from what I can tell. You are basically
SOL..

That sucks! I was going to trade him wheels earlier. He wanted my stock painted silver and was going to trade me his polished but I had to send mine first and then he would send me his. That would have sucked to not have any wheels for my car while he kept 2 sets. Some people just **** me off! Hope you get everything worked out.

 

I don't think the PD will work. Contact the Feds. He is commiting numerous Federal offenses if he is ripping you off.

I would just like to add that it was only because he had shipped me a previous item which was in good condition that I waited to months before saying anything. Not trying to mess up anyones rep.
