Have problem with rough idle
car was fine until sat night when i was on the freeway and the car sputtered for about 2-3 seconds and then it started running fine. Well i get to a gas station and notice when i come to a stop my car is idling like it has a nice sice cam in it. So i check for hoses and all that good stuff and find nothing. so i drive the rest of the way home and on the highway the car runs great. did a few WOT and the car has all the power in the world. So today i get a compression tester and i check the compression but i forgot your supposed to have the car warm, well anyway the rear comes out to about 90-95 and yes i was holding down the pressure relief valve so i didnt just get the highest reading. i did this a few times just to make sure, by the time i got around to doing the front my batt was half dead and wasnt turning over as fast. i hope this does make a difference because i was only getting a reading of about 60 or so. Well all the plugs i took out were completly decomposed i dont know how the car even ran with them in so i changed those put everything back together and the car starts up just fine but the idle is still bad, now it sounds like a four cylinder with some mild cams. so i guess it helped out a little by changing the plugs but car is still misfiring or doing something wierd at idle but nat as bad as before the plugs. So if i did something to the motor woudl it still have just as much power as before? please help

You need to get the battery charged up and finish the compression test. You need to start there before you can make any other guesses as to what's the problem.
