Hi Guys,

I have removed the rear struts from the rear hatch. My question is: How do you remove the little ball from the rear part of the strut. I unscrewed it to remove the strut from the car, but it is still in the strut . It looks like it presses in for installation. I need to remove it to use with the new struts.

Any experienced help will be appreciated. Thanks, Adam

The easiest way to remove it is to cut the old strut in half. The ball is not designed to be removed.
