I didn't assume that bigger was better, however, I remember seeing a pic of some guy who had put two singles on his engine and I was wondering what was wrong with that and why I had not seen it since.

There was probably nothing wrong with it.. But you will have to size the turbos appropriatly.. You would not want to through on two HUGE turbos like a T76. That would be way to big for a 13B.
