Hey so I have a 92 FD jdm all stock except for cat back and litz cai, so when ever I go to start my car up it cranks over and sounds slow, then I turn the key off and try to start it up again and it turns over twice as fast and most of the time fires up. That's all when cold like first start up of the day, and when it's warm it get worse, it can take 3 or 4 or 5 times to start up and then it sputters at idle for a few seconds then runs good again. I always make sure the car is fully warmed up before shutting it off, I'll post a video of a cold start up in the morning and then a fully warmed up start up

 

Had a similar problem before with the same symptoms. Turned out to be the starter.

 

^ same, replace brushes in starter motor, its easy and only costs about $10
