I going to see if I can buy just the cover to the pfc commander. Ive tried cutting plastic and lexan and neither turned out great with the small shapes. Ill try cutting the shapes in fiberglass, but I think molding in the original peice would yeild the best results. Just keeping you guys updated. Mike

PM "sonix7" on the forum. He can do the conversion for you. I have not seen his work first hand yet but he is a great guy to deal with.

Here is his site

Sonix7 had one of theose allready to go not two weeks ago done in CF. It looked awsome (his work is quite comparable to Marks Koch's. If you check out his site he has pictures of his work. Jack

I also recommend Sonix7 (Jason).

He's a VERY good guy to deal with and does an excellent job. He's currently doing some work for me and once they are done, I will post pics.

I HIGHLY recommend. I've met Mark Koch (some of you newbs don't remember him) and seen his work. Jason does equal or BETTER job than Mark.

Go check out some of his work on his site: www.carbonfiberinnovation.com

Also his prices are very reasonable.

AND he loves rotaries.. hence he's one of DGRR 2006 sponsor!

That pannel is freaking ****. Can you make it in the stock looking plastic? I have C/f on the outside of the car, but wanted to keep the interior stock looking.

This was one of the mods I always wanted to do to my RX-7 since the day I got it. And I was still most proud of it after I sold it. It took one weekend and about $50 bucks. I bought a spare A/C control panel just in case I screwed up, as well as I could hack it for the fun of it. I'm by no means a master with plastic or bondo or painting but it was still the most complimented thing on the interior of the car. I seriously think you guys should give some thought into doing it yourself, I know at least for me it was fun to know that I did it. But, your guy's call.
