Question Grrr - Can't remove terminal from connector

The wire leading into my O2 sensor has a torn jacket right at the end of the connector. I'm trying to remove the terminal so I can crimp on a new one and re-insert it into the connector, but I can't get it out.

There is a yellow plastic piece that I've already removed, it's basically a wedge that fills the rectangular slot below the terminal.

I already tried using a thin bar to poke in there and try to disengage any tabs on the terminal.

Any suggestions on how to get that terminal out without ruining the connector.

Dave

Might be easier to just cut it off all together and crimp on some male/female insulated connectors
