greddy smic and stock airbox

To double check. Will the greddy SMIC work with the stock airbox? If not may the airbox be modified to fit and what is involved.

Thankyou In Advance

Mostly...
IIRC when I installed mine, I had to get rid of the hose that comes out of the side of the airbox and goes to nowhere (Air Pump return muffling). I also had to notch out a little bit from the tab used to hold down the airbox.
Also had to do a little work on the battery tray to make it fit.

I had to do the same thing, when I installed mine. The only thing I did differently, was I just angled the hose that comes out of the side airbox, so I could retain it.
