I've decided to stick with the twins for now. Which intercooler would be the best for this setup?

 

You can search and find tons of info on the subject. But um....FMIC is less $$$ it seems but a PITA to install. It looks a lot better but could give you cooling issues. for road racing the SMIC is better, but if you are a street/drag person, FMIC yeilds better performance.
