Does anyone know if the greddy smic intercooler can fit with a blitz induction kit ? If so is there any fabricating needed ?? Does the blitz heat shield need need to to be modified at all ?

Yes, I have both and they fit together. I don't have the filters screwed down to the heat shield though. I recomend using the stock ducting and custom order a 4" silicone coupler (turbohoses) if you don't have the rubber sleeve for the radiator hose.
If you have the Efini y-pipe the fit is even harder but doable. I used Spring loaded T-Bolt clamps and torque clamps to keep the tubes from popping off at 15lbs.
Also, if you can wait before the install. The heat shield is just painted. You can get it heat coated in black for $20. The filter adapter pipes look tight polished but you can heat coat (cermachrome) them a wannabe polish as well. Replace the rubber intake hoses with polished pipes for the finishing touches.
