its not HARD, but there ALOT of things to do.
relocate radiator, relocate a/c, smaller battery(or relocate), you need to cut the bumper, bumper structure, a couple metal brackets.
its a long process, but i thought it was pretty fun. took me , TTTeddy and jetlag 2.45 days, but we lag like no other. just expect it to be a weekend job.
