well, the iron housings are flawless! it's unbelievable. the flanges don't even have hairline cracks in them and the wastegate areas look like new.

the weird thing is that you can see machining marks on the hot side flanges and around the wastgates. there has been no apparent welding and the wastegate holes are slightly larger (a few millimeters) than the other units i have laying around. i don't know what to make of it.

the main thing that concerns me are the nuts on the compressors. instead of the stock nuts, these are 6 point nuts with a flanged bottom and have balancing marks. i attached an image of one. maybe the set was rebuilt and had new exhaust housings put on it...
