Got one of these?

I was taking apart my car and found this white connector with the wire unattached. It's supposed to be connected to the Idle Speed Control (ICS). Unfortunately, that's part of the engine harness which costs $600! Can anyone help me out with this white connector with the two wires attached approximately 2-3 inches left on it. I'm hoping to find this connector and splice it back into the original wires. Please help!

If you look real close at the connector you can take it apart. Do so very carefully. Solder the wire back to the receptacle, then pop the connector back together. If the connector does break...crazy glue.

There should be a way to pull that plug out of the connector. Look very closely for a tiny tab on the inside of the connector down alongside the plug the would release it out the back.

Pure speculation, but I haven't seen one yet that you can't disassemble like that.

PM zyon13b, he was cutting up an engine harness. Plus, if you splice in a new connector you can make it longer so it's less easy to damage.
