Got my New Shoes! Thanks Rishie!

Thanks to Rishie and the crew down at Auto RnD for my new shoes!

Pics below.

Notes: They were heavier than some wheels I've seen but much lighter than my Miglias.

5zigen Fronts: 21 lbs
Miglia Fronts: 24 lbs

5zigen Rears: 23 lbs
Miglia Rears: 28 lbs.

I can't say how much better these feel! And I now have the front clearance I need to go up driveways!

yeah will likely do some Eibachs soon, but ride is pretty harsh with the KYB's so I may pick a more comfortable shock, perhaps even a stock touring shock and go with the Eibach pro kit to bring it down a bit.

you might want to get h&r springs. i had eibachs but they dont lower the back enough. eibach is 1 inch drop all around. h&r will give you 1.5 all around when it settles. its a nice looking drop. the eibach felt better than my h&rs though, they were more firm.

Thanks, I went with 18x8.5's with 48et in front and 18x9.5's with 43et in back.

Very happy with fitment.

P.S. also planning on going with a 285 35 on rear eventually to take up some of the space in back.

Awesome zon,

Got worried about the fourth wheel straggler for a minute. So the offset for the front proved to be better and safer? I know the MM were rubbing a little. Have you experienced that issue at all?

Let me know if you need some new struts. I can ship the springs with them at the same time if you need.

Thanks a lot for the props. That's awesome.

Have a happy new year you guys,

Rishie

They definitely look good, but in my opinion your tires do seem a little bit too tall.

What size are they in the front and rear?

I agree that lowering her would add a VERY agressive look to her as well.

Keep up the good work, man.

Nice wheels, but you didn't talk about what matters: the tires!

I hope you gave them the gift of grip.

I used my old tires for the time being, they still have a bunch of tread left.

235/40's up front and 265/35's in back.

I don't think they are too tall, what do most of you run?

From what I've seen most use a 40 up front and 35 in back.

I was thinking of maybe going 35 up front but 30 in back is too small IMO, even with a 285. The wheel calculator puts it at 24".

Rishie, no rubbing issues at all! Pleanty of room up front. I now see what you guys were talking about with my offset being not enough.

I'll get with you on struts/springs.
