Got my car painted - electrical issues
1st, like I mentionned in another thread, my left turn signal blinks faster than the right one.
Now, my alternator seems to be dead, I can't figure why.
When I reassembled the doors, I saw that the driver's side (JDM) has two wires that I can't know where they were. I just left them unplugged, my speakers, electrical mirrors and power windows are working fine.
I saw in some threads that if we mess with the stereo, we could have serious electrical issues.
Someone knows what "two wires" I'm talking about? Where do they go? Could it be the solution?

first you need to state the color of the wires and do a search on the FSM to see which circuit it belongs.
As much as I am willing to help, you need do more effort of knowing how to use the FSM and figure things out first. I've seen you posted numerous time and helped you a couple. But again, you need to use the FSM material provided to you on the site and at least try to figure out what the two wires are for.
Either post a picture of the wires or describe it to us.

Like I said in the last post, a bad ground to your flasher system can cause this same problem. The flasher goes faster because it senses a change in impedance in the system, which a bad ground can cause. I have seen countless wires re-attached over new paint jobs that are in the "right spot" but are no longer connecting well (or at all) to the body as a ground.
