You took away the lines of an FD... also, hood gap ++.

It's your car and your teste but in my opinion not what a FD should be.

I like the paint and the wheels though.

Heh heh heh..... i figured you'd guys would put me on the RX7 list of shame.

you can call it rice all you want, but the kit is from japan. i prefer this widebody much more than the RE-amemiya kits, border, feed, and chargespeed. but hey, everyone has thier own opinion i suppose.

it looks quite a bit different in person, just thought i'd post a few bigger pics. widens the front 30mm and the rear 35mm

wheels are 19x10.5 rear, and 19x9.5 front. the wheel gap is there because i actually drive the car and don't the wheel to hit the fender and all that.... 19's are huge as it is.

the wing is the 15th anniversary mazdaspeed wing, its supposed to look like that, i can't beleive you didn't know that....

thanks for the nice words everyone!!! heh heh,

harrison

car is tuned at 352 to the wheels right now. but i don't have a boost controller, its just running off the wastegate, so that power was made at ~12 psi, with a gradual creep to about 14..... there is a good 70 hp difference in the midrange i'm missing out on.

gonna change the exhaust manifold and dp and put in the BC and have it retuned.

stock ports, and 1300 cc secondaries.

And while we're at it, why do people with sunroofs always have to have it cracked open in their pictures as if it were some sort of fancy new feature that no one had ever seen before? Look. I've got a sunroof...

why are you always such an *** goblin? some people like the look of the sunroof up. so what? what i want to know is why the *** are you on the forum being an *** to someone when you should be trying to get that v8 powed paper weight out of your garage

The front is too boxy-looking for me, but everything else looks good.

Let me know when you can afford to buy my car, and I'll get right to work on finishing it for you.

the point is not your opinion. the point is there is no reason to be a sarcastic dick to someone. you sound like a 10 year old. wow can your dad beat up my dad too?

oh and i would not buy your car as my desk already has a nice peperweight.

mad_7tist, don't worry about those guys. its not worth getting upset over especially over the internet.... while i do agree that many of the remarks were pretty stupid and childish....

jim, i wasn't out to make my sunroof look cool. it happened to be open so i didn't close it. why would i want to flaunt that i have a touring anyway? if anything don't you think i would close it and pretend i have an R model? you're comment about the sunroof was just gay.

and this guy....

regardless, yes, i like the kit, obviously some people don't, but not everyone likes every kit.

i actually posted these pics because some people wanted to see bigger pictures of the Kazama auto wide body. if you guys think the car looks so bad, please, send your comments to kazama, cause i like the way my car looks and i'm not going to change it for you.

not trying to come off as an *** or anything, but if you dont like it, fine, then just let it go and don't hit reply.

thanks,

harrison

I agree. Not a fan of the fenders. I don't like the wing as much, but it's not bad. Good choice on the rims though.

You have to understand that posting pics on this forum is just an invitation for people to come in and bitch, flame, hate, etc.. I will never understand why people still post pics knowing this fact. You might have gotten better results posting in the exterior/interior section.

If it doesn't bother the owner of the car enough to comment on it, why should it bother you? Take your crime fighting skills somewhere else, Righteous Indignation Man.

oh and i would not buy your car as my desk already has a nice peperweight.
But not a spell-checker or a dictionary, apparently.

I really like your paint job, rims and hood. Nice V-mount BTW. The body is too extreme for me but it's not my car

And funny. Don't forget funny.

jim, i wasn't out to make my sunroof look cool. it happened to be open so i didn't close it.
It was a general comment about sunroofs and people who think they need to open them, the hatch, the hood, and maybe a door before taking a picture of their car, as if people didn't know those parts actually opened. It wasn't directed solely at you, but I am glad you had yours open for a legitimate reason and went to the trouble to explain that.

regardless, yes, i like the kit.
That's all that really matters, but it still doesn't change the fact that other people are going to have opinions of their own. If you like it and don't want to run the risk of getting negative feedback on it, keep it to yourself.

harrison its the surgemonster the guy with compressor surge and no fuel pressure
your car looks incredible in person and pretty riced out in these pictures. If I haden't seen it a few days ago up close I'd probably be hassling you too. Any way I'm very jealous

And Jim I'd buddy up with this mad_7tist fella. He could actually get your car completed if you need some help=******* expert mechanic....he also goes to school kinda smart ya know? doesnt use a thesaurus while posting on the rx7club
either way I almost fall out of my chair every time I read your comments
I'll post up a thread with the recent happenings to my car soon so make sure to check it out as well

The fenders just kill it. I've only seen one well executed wide-body FD, and it was a custom job. Not an over the counter kit. Overall the car is a bit too "showy" for me but to each his own. I'd give you a ton more credit if you took it to the track, beat the the crap out of it for a lap or two and got some pics..
