got a couple questions, used search

I came up with many dead links , so I was wondering if you guys could help me out on this one. I want to replace the oil pressure and water temp gauges as the first step in upgrades but i want to keep stock locations, could you guys send me in the direction of some correct sized gauges that will fit? cars in the shop right now so i got time on my hands .

thanks,

rob

FYI, I would just recommend getting a new oil pressure sender to handle that part of the problem. A new one will last a good long time, it's only $80 or so and takes 10-15 minutes to install. Oil pressure is worth a peek at every now and again, but it's generally not a point of failure on a rotary.

For water temp, if you really want to use the stock gauge, you can linearize it so it reacts properly and doesn't have the large "idiot zone" where it just sits in the middle. But, a good aftermarket temp gauge is a good idea. Personally I wouldn't put it in the stock instrument cluster, mainly because I don't want to hack up my cluster and dash plastics that are expensive .

Speedhut gauges normally work pretty well plus they can be made to match the stock gauges. I second the replacing of the oil sender though as Dale would put it.
