Good price to pay for a short block??
Right now i have a mazda reman in my car with about 20k and is still pulling very good...but i came a cross a guy selling a motor out of a 93 with about 127k on it .The first rotor is at about 90 and that back rotor has a blow apex seal 90-0-0.I wanted to know if i can rebuild a motor with high miles like these and still get high copresion. The price is 200 dollars. I under stand that the back housing is prob. bad and going to need replacing. If that apex seal breaks what are the chances the housing is going to be bad?
Thanks any input/help is a appreciated.

No. With that kind of mileage the rotor housings are shot and the irons are prolly worn down. Only good parts would most likely be the rotors and possibly the e shaft.

The truth sometimes hurts. For the price as Rich has said that is an outstanding core engine to send in. For a paper weight it is a little much but art cost money!
