As most of you know, I have the KKK stage II and can also tell you its BAD ***. As for lag, Please!! Thing spools fast as ****!! If you look at the "Kills" section. I just posted how I smoked a CBR 900RR top end. My friend has a 3rd genn with all the bolt ons, bigger injectors, Power FC, and runs 17psi on the street. He can't touch me at 15psi. Not even close. And don't think for a minute your going to run 11.1 on stock turbo's. Aint happening. It was done once by one person. And he was running 19psi with a Haltech. And soon afterwards he blew the turbos.
I ran 11.22 on 14lbs of boost with my turbo. My friend has a T78 and his best time on 16lbs of boost is 11.55......so whats that tell ya??? (And he can drive too)

I going back to the track next week probably and going to run 22lbs of boost, so stay tuned.

Actually I think they call it an Indigo turbo and rebadge for that PC crap even though its a brand name and has nothing to do with the Klan.

I've dealt with SR for years and have many of their parts with no problem. I even toasted an ACT HD and Ray took it back and sent me an Extreme disk free of charge. I've had Ray tune my Power FC three times. Initially, spot on. Second time, spot on. Third time, I was at the fully modded stage adding a midpipe and it was waaay rich. I only gave him a day to tune it and ship it back out. Can't say I blame him for making it rich. Heck, anyone can tune fuel. It's the timing maps and misc. settings you're paying for.

My ordered intercooler piping kit from them long times ago.. for $300 what an ripped off! they sent me a piping kit for stock elbow! which i told them i have greddy elbow! i tried to return piping kit.. but they charged me 15% Restocking fee even though it was their fault.. also i had to pay S/H to return item.. they didn't give a ****..
I would never order from them again..

I saw the Indigo Stage 2 turbo on an FD engine - the thing is sweet. I swear I thought it was ball-bearing for how easy the wheels spun. From what I understand they pull down about 425-430 rwhp at 15 psi - nothing to scoff at. It is a real piece of art. Seems quality too. When you say it gets full boost by 4K rpms, you think that's laggy.............take a ride in a well-tuned single turbo FD - you have to remember that these turbos push alot more air than the stockers and although at 4K you're really moving with the stockers, with a properly setup single - you're going into orbit. The stockers are great for the street and town driving - and you can get about 350-370 rwhp out of them at 15-16 psi which is some wicked power. But nothing beats the reliability and power potential of these single turbos.

Might be true, however when I start playing it off as nothing, that's when I'm in trouble with myself.

ErnieT, I'm not saying everyone should boycott them, so relax.

As far as Porsches, I don't own one...

I ordered a t-shirt from their web site. Arrived quickly, quality was great, and installation was very simple. The seat of my pants dyno says the car is much faster when I am wearing the shirt, so I figure it has to be good for at least 10HP

Yes, I have the Apexi FMIC. If I were to do it again, I'd get the Greddy 3 row from Jason @ the RX7 Store. No defference except more "bling" with the Greddy. All polished piping...
I ran the car on 14psi with the Power FC and went 11.22 .....Now I have the Haltech E6K and run much more boost. Next time at the track, gonna push aroudn 22lbs of boost and rip a nice 10sec. pass...

Im curious, since you seem to be an authority, what kind of single do you have and how many different types have you had to say "for the money you can get better"........Cause its cheap compared to the HKS T51R and any Innovative turbo....so your pretty much WRONG...

when you order a part that comes in different colors (tial's, 99 wings) he "personally checks" to make sure you get the right one. you next notice the box have never been opened, and that the color is wrong and he wont take it back.
