Going to the dark side of the force tomorrow.
No work tomorrow, so i think i'll try the poor man's non sequential turbo mod. I think i have everything clear except for the precontrol door. Some say closed it, some say make it wide open. Anyone try both ways? Any feedback out there?
I'm also gonna install a dawes device controler to help with the lag.
I'll post my reactions after i'm done.
Thanks.

I like the dark side
Well, I did it. I'm now running my turbos in parallel. The first thing I noticed was how loud the exhaust got. Now my car sounds more like a 1st Gen with an open exhaust. There is definitely a trade off with this mod. Here are my pros and cons.
Pros:
-You can shift smoothly at any RPM. Before it was annoying when you shifted right before or after the transition.
-Less complicated vacuum system / turbo control.
-No more switch over to mess up your cornering, etc.
-Nice power band when you get your boost up.
-Having 2 blow off valves is nice.
-Better for off the line wheel spin, especially with limited traction.
Cons:
-More Turbo lag.
-Boost builds slower.
-Louder exhaust (some of you may not think this is a con)
Right now i still have all my hoses and solenoids in place but capped off. I will probably end up removing all of them if i decide to keep the turbos running this way.
Right now I'm running the Precontol door Closed. Does anyone know whether or not its better to run it open????
Also, what are the advantages, if any, to taking off the turbos and doing this mod the permanent way?
Your thoughts are appreciated.
