glovebox handle

shortly after i got my car i was driving my sister somewhere and asked her to get something outta the glovebox for me. well she's used to her saturn where you have to yank and slam everything to open or close. she ripped the handle of the glovebox right off. it was probably weak and with her yanking it finally gave. the little hole on the handle itself that the rod goes through.. one of those broke off. i tried glueing but that wouldn't work. i used a soldering iron to melt it back together but that only lasted a few weeks.

the nearest dealer from me is about 50 mins away so i thought i'd ask here. ALL i need is the little plastic handle itself. they're gonna try and sell me the entire handle assembly though if they're anything like a normal dealer.

anyone know how much? anyone have one laying around?

thanks

epoxy works like a charm, i had a loose door pull and it fixed it right up... you can get it at home depot for like 5 bucks
