glove box is a POS

ive tried fixing it a thousand times and i get the same results each time. the glove box just want to pop open while driving and especilly while quickly shifting to second. i see that the latch on the inside of the box itself it broken so i hot glue gunned it. well that doesnt move, but when i try to line everything back up it wont even close at all. i played with the bar thing that it latches to and i still get nothing. does anyone have any reccomendations?

Find a used glovebox from someone on the forum, or hit up a junkyard and see what you can find. I don't have any problems with mine, fortunately, but I can see how it would be a PITA.

Not quit sure what your problem is, mine used to be fucked up too. Well just wouldnt close unless the right way. Found out the latch holding it up to the body was missing. I just tie wrapped them together and it worked.
