I'll assume you're being serious. Find out what local organizations host auto-x or road racing events in your area, and contact them for info on track/driving instructions.

If you have a track nearby, try calling them to see if they have contact numbers for groups that do such events/etc. Local clubs/performance shops are a good source as well.
