You took it upon yourself to tell us to answer his question but did not post an answer yourself. Why tell others to do something you dont even do?

His problem is more than likely suspension related, but the point was that before you ask such an open ended question maybe you could do something on your own instead of expecting everyone else to know the answer you were to lazy to look for.

I've actually posted on one of "rx7???rx7#1's" threads several times with good information, however, lately, I've noticed this person asking very common questions where the answer can easily be found in the archives. Needless to say, these kinds of posts are tiring to read, and I'd like to see more initiative on the part of the newbies. Just like the old saying (corny I know), "Teach a man to fish and you will feed him for a lifetime." IOW, use the search link, and you won't get flamed.

And with only 82 posts shows me you're are an idiot.

Why don't you learn some Respect.

Yet again his point shows: With the energy you just exsibited you could have ansered the question..

How ever You do not know that anser so to make your self sound like you do.. You tell this person to use the search button..

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

To help rx7???rx7#1

There are many veriables on what could be wrong..

The leading cause of Clunks in the Rear can be atributed to the Bushings.

These bushings wear as they are made of rubber that tends to dryroat[sp?] Just like the Rubber Vacume hoses.

How ever. There are alot of other posiblitys..

1. The Bearings in the halfShaft could be getting bad. More off that would be heard more with Power/accell then Decell. Bumps would cause this also due to the flex needed.

2. The Diff could also be going bad. Once again that is more in Power/accell then Decell. I don't think that would make noise on bumps how ever.

3. Maybe you have something in your spare tire well?

I would say its the bushings but the other three are possiblities.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Now Assud get a life stop being a stuck up FD owner with a **** in your Rear and either leave the forum or learn to help people.

Yes Hey maybe lazy but your outburst was RUDE.........................................Demor ilizing, Degrading. Did I mention RUDE.

I'm sorry but maybe he felt your explination where you posted before was not through enough for him.. Maybe he wanted a Second opinion.. Just cause you have 877 posts doesn't make you Undisputed King of the Forums..
There is no reason so Degrade someone for asking a question.

Have you ever heard of the saying The Wiseman does not give advice he is the one that asks the questions..

OK, to take this thread back on track....

Sounds like the lower trailing arm bearings/bushings are going bad. Lay under the back of the car and try to twist the lower control arm with your hand. If it rotates and makes noise, it is the problem. FD's are no stranger to suspention problems. I bet it is your problem.

Oh please...get a grip mister, you're being WAY too oversensitive! Demoralizing and degrading, eh? I just told the guy he was lazy. It's not like I called him a God-amn, motherfu--ing, cocksu--ing, son of a b-tch.

You're wrong here mister and I have no idea where you got this from. I responded to a thread where he wanted to buy a car; it was not suspension related at all. Don't know why you would assume this.

Just cause you have 877 posts doesn't make you Undisputed King of the Forums..

Who said I was?

Looks who's talking! You just referred to "Assud" as an "idiot".

[B]Have you ever heard of the saying The Wiseman does not give advice he is the one that asks the questions..
Nope, but I really could care less.

Anyway, you did a great job of hijacking this thread. Now it will be closed and this fella will never get any more answers. You got something more to say to me? E-mail or PM me and we'll discuss. I've got nothing more to say to you here on this thread.
