umm i cant understand what apear to be sentences that you wrote. but i think your trying to say u broke the bolt off in the air pump adjustment brakcet. and if theres any sticking out you may be able to torch it and crank on it..try wd 40 or weld another nut to the top of the broken bolt and crank it out that way
