Full Non-Sequential 2psi

Went full non-sequential before I moved to California 8 months ago, came home for the holidays and thought I would finish up the Greddy V-mount. Finished everything, took her for a drive and I'm only making .13kg/cm2 (2psi) on PFC.

Went back to the garage, used some soapy water and low pressure compressed air fed to the UIM and checked around the LIM/UIM for any leaks. Couldn't find anything.

Used 15psi of compressed air to the waste gate to check if it moves and it moves freely.

Double checked my source (Rotary Resurrection home of the budget rebuild.) for the non-sequential instructions to make sure I did everything right and it all seems good.

The only thing different is that at step 44, I only removed the plate from the charge control actuator and left the assembly installed because I didnt have a way to block it off at the time. The other thing is that the CRV is still installed and has vacuum line going to it from the UIM.

Oversight on my part. I had done that to my original y-pipe, but then I needed to switch over to the Efini for the Greddy hot side elbow. Re-tested and all is good. Made a strong pull to 12psi.
