Fuel tank capacity
I usually fill my car just before the needle touches E, so i can clock how much im getting per tank, today for the first time i actually checked the receipt and it said 61L.. that was pretty close to being E on the gauge..
From what i can find my series 7 should have a 76L tank?
Is there something wrong with my fuel gauge or is this normal?
Mazda didnt trust people so much that they left 15 or so litres below the empty mark on the gauge?

First, you're calculating fuel wrong.
Second, when the needle is on E you still have fuel in the tank. It's impossible to run a tank to the point of being totally empty.
To get fuel economy, track the number of miles/kms between fillups, and use the amount on the fuel receipt as the quantity of fuel consumed. It's not perfectly accurate since the gas pump won't top off at exactly the same level each time you fill up, but if you average across 3 or 5 tankfuls you'll get fairly accurate numbers.
