Smile Fuel regulator with 2 vacuum hose?

Hi

To day when I replaced my new turbo. I found an loose vacuum tube. On my fule regulator it's two input's and the top tube was loose. I put the tube back on the regulator and now the car would not start.

I ask my question on the Norwegian forum but they could not tell my why the car wan't start with the tube connected? They also said that some of the car's came with 2 vacuum inputs on the regulator, but most of the fd came with one vacuum input on the regulator. They also said my problem will be fixed if I disconnect the tube I connected

Can someone pleas tell why my car wan't start with the tube connected and where I can find an diagram that shows how the regulater with 2 input's are connected?

Lars
