fuel rail leak

so i got my injectors serviced and popped them back in my rail and replaced all the fuel lines and anyways when i went to test the system i had a leak on the end of the secondary rail where it connects to the primary rail. there is a bolt in the end with 2 crush washers it seems well i am leaking out of that bold/crush washer area. im wondering what i can do to get rid of this leak. does anyone know the torque that that bolt should be torqued to. also the crush washers if needed where i can get replacements as i can not find a part number for them

Those crush washers are one time use. Get them from Ray at Malloy Mazda.

go to rx7 specialties on 17th ave to get the crush washers. i would try tightening the banjo bolt a bit to see if that fixes the leak first. usually u can sneak an extra use or two out of those crush washers

take the bolt out, and bring it with you.

there is no part number for them, I tried ordering them but they aren't available on the fiche.

I had to bring the bolt and they just got me two generic crush washers from the parts bin.

Download the part fiches, they're out there. You need two N236-13-483, MSRP $1.37. They also come in the Hose Recall kit N3A1-13-S70A, which you probably should have bought if you were replacing fuel lines.

I noticed the same issue on my car today, same bolt. But I've been racing my car every night. Why haven't I had an engine bay fire?
What did you do to fix it. I'm probably gonna get new crush washers and a new short hose to connect rails. But I hope I don't need a new banjo
