Exclamation Fuel rail install SNAFU...need some suggestions

Pretty simple, the picture says it all. Was taking out the secondary rail/injectors/lines/fpr to install all aftermarket from KGParts. The first bolt holding in the rail came out fine with some liquid wrench, however the firewall-side bolt did not. Instead, the head of the bolt sheared clean off. I've got about 1/4" of bolt extending from the LIM that I can work with. I've soaked the threads in liquid wrench again, but I'm at a loss for how to remove the damn thing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is there enough space to fit two nuts on that?

Vice grips. Or drill and retap it.

Might also want to try that new spray that is supposed drop the temperature of the bolts rapidly and then use vice grips.

Or put two nuts on it and lock them together and try to turn it out with a wrench. Might need to take the primary rail off to make room.

There's definitely enough room for two nuts to fit. How exactly do I go about locking them together other than welding? I might take the LIM off to get at it easier, and it's probably about time I purchased some EZ Outs from Home Depot.

No need to weld, just put 2 nuts on there and use a wrench to turn the bottom nut, it will be easier with the LIM off tho.

Oh I got it, googled it. Put on two nuts and use the wrench on the lower nut. Neat trick, I'll have to stick that one in my toolbag. Don't have the right size nut though, so I guess I'm off to the store anyways. Thanks for the tips, I'll give em a shot and see how it comes out.

Well thank goodness, the bastard came out. Removed the LIM and got a good handle on it with some vice grips. There just wasn't quite enough room to work the two nuts, but all's well that ends well.

Want another good laugh at my expense? Not only did I get to wake up to that headache this morning, but I also failed to pick up a replacement bolt while I was at the hardware store just now...I need another cup of coffee. Haha, thanks again guys.
