Fuel Pump Voltages

I am trying to figure out if my Fuel Pump is bad or not. I need to know what the voltages should be coming out of the connector that hooks directly onto the Fuel Pump. They are labled A,B,C,D. I am reading 12vdc on pin a, 0vdc on pin b, roughly 6vdc on pin c, and ovdc on pin d. This is all with the ignition in the on position.

Read the '93 FSM page F-101 and on Dale Clark's website, www.clubrx.org I believe he has a way rewire the fuel pump.
