Fuel Pump Relay
I've tried to find the information I need via exhaustive searching. I get close, but nothing with my specific problem.
Proplem: Upon turning the key, my Fuel Pump Relay (which is supposed to click) only clicks sometimes. This just happened all of a sudden. Now most of the time when I turn the key no click (which means it turns over but does not start - no fuel), but if I stay persistent, and keep trying, sometimes I get the click and the engine fires perfectly. I have the repair manual (i think), but I cannot figure out where the relay is located. I have the diagram.....maybe not the best, but still cannot locate it. Help with locating it would be great, and any tips to fix the issue would also be great. Thanks.

Check this out
Look up the section in your manual that shows how to depressurize the fuel system. Notice which relay they have you pull?
It's a bitch to remove & the case is made from egg shells. It's located on the drivers side of the engine compartment on the relay/fuse box near the firewall (not the one on the battery). I think the A/C fuse & ABS relay are also located there.
If that baby doesn't work, your car wont start. Don't bother with the fuel pump relay at the front of the car. The relay IM trying to discribe controls it.
Dealer part about $35.
Mine was intermittent & I would cycle my key from start to off when it didn't start. Since I replaced it, no problems at all.
Good luck
